Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Web 300's website design and hosting services. By submitting our contact form or entering into an active subscription, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Web 300 provides custom-coded website design, managed hosting, and ongoing maintenance for service businesses on a monthly subscription basis. Three subscription configurations are available:

Power-Page — $300/month

A custom-coded single-page site for most service businesses (HVAC, landscaping, contractors, solo professionals). Includes all essential sections: Hero, Services, About, Reviews, Gallery, and Contact in one seamless, mobile-optimized scrolling experience. Includes managed hosting, SSL security, and unlimited text and image updates completed within 24 hours. Zero templates — built from scratch.

Multi-Page Scaler — $500/month

Everything in the Power-Page, plus up to 5 high-performance custom-coded pages targeting different service categories, cities, or job types to increase search surface area. Includes unlimited text and image updates across all pages within 24 hours.

Add-ons available for the Multi-Page Scaler:

• Additional pages: +$25/mo per custom-coded page beyond the 5-page base.
• Multi-Location Programmatic Sites: services × locations × $10/mo + $500/mo base. Generates one page per service per location combination automatically (e.g., "Roof Repair Tampa," "Roof Repair Orlando").

Bilingual Expansion (English/Spanish)

• Standard Sites (Power-Page or Multi-Page Scaler): +$100/mo for full English/Spanish architecture.
• Programmatic Sites: services × locations × $20/mo — Spanish pages are priced the same as English pages, effectively doubling the per-page rate. Formula: $500 + (services × locations × $20/mo).

All plans include unlimited text and image updates completed within 24 hours, managed hosting, SSL security, and access to all future site improvements during the subscription period.

2. Free Design Preview

Web 300 builds a custom design for your business at no upfront cost. This preview is provided for evaluation purposes only. The design remains the intellectual property of Web 300 until an active subscription is established. By accessing a design preview link, you agree not to reproduce, copy, or redistribute the design without written consent.

You are under no obligation to subscribe after viewing a preview. If you choose not to proceed, no payment is owed.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription begins on the date your first payment is processed. Billing continues automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.

There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.

4. Site Suspension on Cancellation

Your website is hosted and maintained as part of your active subscription. If your subscription is cancelled or a payment fails, your website will be taken offline. Web 300 is not responsible for any business impact resulting from site suspension due to non-payment or voluntary cancellation.

You retain ownership of your domain name and all content (text, images, logos) at all times, regardless of subscription status.

5. The 24-Month Code Ownership Milestone

After completing 24 consecutive months of active subscription, full ownership of the custom-coded site files becomes available to you at no additional cost upon request. The transfer includes all source code files for your website as it exists at the time of transfer.

If you cancel before reaching 24 months, no code transfer occurs. You may exit early by paying the remaining balance of your subscription term.

After reaching the 24-month milestone, clients on an active subscription are eligible for a complimentary full site redesign upon request, available once every 24 months.

6. Edits & Scope

All plans include unlimited content edits completed within 24 hours. "Edits" include text changes, image swaps, contact information updates, color adjustments, and minor layout modifications.

The following are not included as standard edits and require a separate agreement: new pages, new sections, structural redesigns, and custom features or integrations.

7. Domain Ownership

Your domain name belongs to you from Day 1. Web 300 does not take ownership of your domain under any circumstances. You maintain full access to your domain registrar account at all times.

8. Intellectual Property

All custom code, design work, and visual assets created by Web 300 remain the intellectual property of Web 300 until the 24-month code transfer milestone is reached or a buyout agreement is executed. Your business name, logo, content, and brand assets remain your property at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

Web 300 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of business, lost revenue, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Highlands County, Florida.
